FreshStart February was a career-focused community initiative by SneakPeekSessions, designed to help individuals start the year with clarity, confidence, and connection. Rooted in our mission to create intentional spaces for Black and Brown communities, FreshStart February merged professional growth with personal empowerment.

This immersive experience offered participants access to free headshots, literacy discussions, and financial wellness sessions. Beyond employment support, it served as a platform for authentic networking—encouraging people to build relationships, exchange resources, and create opportunities for themselves and others.

FreshStart February embodied SneakPeekSessions' larger vision: curating environments where people could align their ambitions with their purpose, find community, and take actionable steps toward sustainable success.
